Kira’s email were initially very wordy, unbranded, and weren’t taking advantage of personalization. With these elements added, the customer support team has seen a significant uptick in webinar attendance.

Kira recently added an events team, and I collaborated with them along with our Sales team to create a compelling booth design, in-person raffles and activities, take-home collateral, and post-event marketing emails.

The Trial Coach email
Before Kira had a Sales team, getting interested users on the platform was a non-existent process. Once I and the Sales team started, we partnered to create the “Trial Coach.” When a teacher signs up, they have a 30-day trial to test out the platform, guided by a Trial Coach (a member of the Sales team).
Upon sign-up, I created a personalized email that explains the process, and pushes new teachers on the platform into a demo call with the Sales team. That call allows the Sales team to learn more about the teacher’s intent, and identify opportunities.
This process is new, but we’ve already seen that get this email and take the demo call convert at a much higher rate than those who don’t.
‘In the Loop’ Monthly Newsletter
Kira wasn’t engaging their audience on a regular cadence. In the Loop is a way for the company to get in touch with their entire email list once a month and share platform updates, new course information, professional development opportunities for teachers, and more.
